Chronic Ear Pain?

There are natural ways to help relieve chronic ear pain!

Earaches or chronic otalgia is common among adults and can have many causes stemming from tooth infections, another infection, a hole in the eardrum or other ear stress, and temporomandibular joint syndrome known as TMJ.
If the eardrum hasn't ruptured over the counter ear drops can be useful t o aid in pain and discomfort relief. Upper respiratory tact infections can be treated with garlic juice. Just juice a few cloves and strain and add distilled water in a 1.5x ratio, tilt the head and drop in about 7 drops and let them sit for a few minutes, then tilt your head to allow the juice to run out. Just rinse out in shower.
Echinacea is great to help fight infections as well as the homeopathic remedy Belladonna for earache. Don't forget your vitamin C and zinc!
