3 cups Cheerios 2 cups Crispix 2 cups Shreddies 2 cups pretzles
Mix then add:
1/2 cup olive oil Worcestershire Sauce Garlic Salt to taste
Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes
add after cooled:
Goldfish cheese crackers

Is an evergreen perennial, native to the Mediterranean but has naturalized across the world and has a long use in medicine and in the kitchen alike.
Used as an antibiotic, antifungal, astringent, hypoglycaemic, Alzheimer's treatment, for treating hyperlipidemia, to being a part of traditional Native ceremonies and customs, and as an ingredient in Thanksgiving dinner's stuffing!  
It is said to have powerful healing properties.
